penny stock watch list

For penny stock investors, it is important to understand the distinction between the Nasdaq and the OTCBB. Over The Counter market companies do not have standards deposit. Conversely, there are strict qualifications for a company to list its shares on Nasdaq. The DUT allows any company that files its financial statements to trade on its market.

Nasdaq, a company must meet certain asset and the criteria for income while a company of OTC can not even have assets or income at all. If a company Nasdaq difficult times, most often they are removed from their inability to meet Nasdaq listing requirements. They could have had a significant drop in income or assets and may be close to bankruptcy. Also, once a stock falls below a certain share price and stays there for a long period of time, they are removed from the Nasdaq and placed on the OTC to resume negotiations.

Now, if the stock of a company is carried at the discretion agreement, this does not necessarily mean death for the company. In fact, investors are alert to find some of the best penny stocks that way. Often companies a second chance to find a solution to the financial dilemma, so the prudent investor stock at low prices may create a "penny stocks" watch list that could lead to finding a real stock undervalued.

Finally, the most important difference between the Nasdaq and OTC is that the DUT does not provide automated trade executions. Instead, it is the market maker to decide if he wants to buy the stock. A market Maker is just a broker who buys and sells shares of a stock. They have the luxury to wait and watch the direction of the market before deciding to buy [Or not]. And you too!

Penny Stock Watch

penny stock watch
How can I fix an upper and a lower limit to sell a stock?

I did lots of research on the trading day and "penny stocks" and I have orders to stop the studies and limit orders. When it comes to investing in penny highly volatile stocks, it is imperative to have a stop order so that losses are minimized and so I do not have to sit in front of my computer watching a ticker at all times. Example: Say I buy 100 shares of ABC and it is trading at $ 0.50 (50 cents), in oder not to worry to see a ticker all day and automating the sale I would like an upper limit to sell $ 0.65 (65 cents) so I can make a good profit (Assuming I do not care if the price of rice continues to over 65 cents, I just want to cash at this point) and a stop order at $ 0.43 (43 cents) so I can minimize my losses. I know how each individual type of order, but how could I do to create both the upper and the lower limit of the order to sell itself?

If I were you I would put the stop order if you can not do both and watch just to high to sell for profit. If you are trading penny stocks I hope you're playing because you can not invest effectively with penny stocks. They either have little info on them, are originally low, they fight and are very easy to handle.

A Knight’s Tale (Special Edition)

There’s no rule against rock anthems from the 1970s in the soundtrack for a movie about a medieval jousting champion, but if you’re going to attempt such jarring anachronisms, you’d better establish acceptable ground rules. Writer-director Brian Helgeland does precisely that in A Knight’s Tale and pulls off this trick with such giddy aplomb that you can’t help but play along. (Upon witnessing a cr…

Penny Stock Watch List 2011

penny stock watch list 2011

A lot of people wonder about penny stock frauds and how they work. It seems like there is always an unknown person working in the background of these systems allowing the word to spread falsely that a certain stock is hot. Next thing you know, it collapses in price and no one knows exactly why. So what is the basis for these fraudulent stocks and who stands to benefit in the paper trail?

Micro caps are particularly vulnerable to these sorts of pump and dumps. Truth be told, if you are not aware and in control of these particular kinds of filth in the trading industry, you are likely going to part with your hard earned treasure. So pay attention, as this could save you some serious change.

A penny stock fraud usually works when a company such as a hedge fund works to hire people to promote a stock they want to pump up in price. Typically the company will buy up a penny stock, then get people to promote it on their lists, then suddenly sell all of their shares when the price has gone up causing a huge collapse in the price of the stock. It’s a perfect example of the big guy taking advantage of the little guy.

These liars get away with it because the law has yet to track it down. After the stock market crash of 1929, it became illegal to promote a stock you own, but the law never worked to prevent hiring someone else to do it for you. So this is how these frauds work nowadays. They work well on penny stocks because these stocks have a smaller volume, making them more able to be shorted by hedge funds and investors once the market momentum hits its peak.

So make sure you do a little more research when getting a hot tip on a stock. Sure, you can make some good change, but know what you’re doing and don’t get suckered into one of these penny stock frauds without consulting a third party for research on the stock in question.

Stop bleeding money in penny stocks! Your account will not get any better just because you want it to. You need the right strategies before going into the markets. Don’t get caught off guard and hit with bad trades. Learn about how to trade penny stocks today and get some real results. Also be sure to sure which stocks are hot with my penny stocks to watch list.
