A lot of people wonder about penny stock frauds and how they work. It seems like there is always an unknown person working in the background of these systems allowing the word to spread falsely that a certain stock is hot. Next thing you know, it collapses in price and no one knows exactly why. So what is the basis for these fraudulent stocks and who stands to benefit in the paper trail?

Micro caps are particularly vulnerable to these sorts of pump and dumps. Truth be told, if you are not aware and in control of these particular kinds of filth in the trading industry, you are likely going to part with your hard earned treasure. So pay attention, as this could save you some serious change.

A penny stock fraud usually works when a company such as a hedge fund works to hire people to promote a stock they want to pump up in price. Typically the company will buy up a penny stock, then get people to promote it on their lists, then suddenly sell all of their shares when the price has gone up causing a huge collapse in the price of the stock. It’s a perfect example of the big guy taking advantage of the little guy.

These liars get away with it because the law has yet to track it down. After the stock market crash of 1929, it became illegal to promote a stock you own, but the law never worked to prevent hiring someone else to do it for you. So this is how these frauds work nowadays. They work well on penny stocks because these stocks have a smaller volume, making them more able to be shorted by hedge funds and investors once the market momentum hits its peak.

So make sure you do a little more research when getting a hot tip on a stock. Sure, you can make some good change, but know what you’re doing and don’t get suckered into one of these penny stock frauds without consulting a third party for research on the stock in question.

There is nothing wrong with not knowing or understanding the terminologies, but at this point you should not be trading futures they are high leverage and the futures traders will gladly take whatever money your willing to give them. Paper trading is what you want to do lots of free trials out there. There is also tons of info on the internet about futures trading. Google it.
