Penny Stock Volume
P / E and the volume of penny stocks?
I know that P / E is very important factor in choosing a stock, but most penny stocks did not. Why is it so? and I want to know how volume effects of share price? Most penny stocks just Up, Down, Vol ……… thats it.How can I get the stock based on what you information.thank
P / E is a tool for long-term fundamental analyst. buying penny stocks, unless you intend to buy is essentially a speculative activity. more volume, greater potential for volatile prices. if the volume is too low, then you can end up with actions, or will to offer a discount to the market. also, if the volume is too low and you buy a large lot, your purchase may affect the market price, then don t be surprised if the price increases in the purchase, then down shortly after.
